President & Chief Executive Officer
Jack Fiorella, President and Chief Executive Officer, founded the company in 1976 and since that time has been actively engaged in the acquisition, development, and asset management of Class A multifamily properties for the company.
He is a current member of the Alabama Chapter of the Realtors National Marketing Institute through which he successfully completed commercial real estate investment courses to receive the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Fiorella is a very successful broker with the Birmingham Association of Realtors earning multiple annual awards including Top Producer in Acquisitions, Top Producer Investment Division and Top Producer Development Division for many years. Fiorella has also earned The Vulcan Award on numerous occasions and is a Lifetime Member of the Commercial Real Estate Club of Excellence.
