Jack Fiorella

President

Jack Fiorella, President and Chief Executive Officer, founded the company in 1976 and since that time has been actively engaged in the acquisition, development and asset management of Class-A multifamily properties for the company.

He is a current member of the Alabama Chapter of the Realtors National Marketing Institute through which he successfully completed commercial real estate investment courses to receive the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Fiorella is a very successful broker with the Birmingham Association of Realtors earning multiple annual awards including Top Producer in Acquisitions, Top Producer Investment Division and Top Producer Development Division for many years. Fiorella has also earned The Vulcan Award on numerous occasions and is a Life Time Member of the Commercial Real Estate Club of Excellence.

Jack Rhodes

Director of Development

Jack Rhodes, Director of Development, is responsible for the design, permitting and construction management of the company’s multifamily developments. Jack also oversees the physical asset management, capital improvements and major renovation projects for the company’s current multifamily portfolio. In total, Jack has been involved with the development and renovation of more than 5800 units.

Jack joined the company in 2004 and has enjoyed a successful twenty year career in real estate development.

Prior to joining the company, Jack specialized in land use planning in coastal communities located along the Gulf Coast of Florida where he was responsible for many projects most notably the Villages at Blue Mountain Beach and the 3,100 acre Hammock Bay Master Planned Community.

Eric Fraga

Senior Associate

Eric Fraga is a real estate professional with experience in investment, acquisitions, and large-scale development throughout South Florida. As a Senior Associate, he supports the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate opportunities, helping guide projects from initial underwriting through strategic implementation. His background in finance and market analysis allows him to approach each opportunity with a disciplined focus on long-term value creation and risk management.

Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative approach, Eric works closely with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to support successful project outcomes and investment performance.
